It has around 40,000 members. There is only one class of members who have the right to elect trustees vote on changes to the articles of incorporation and bylaws mergers and disposal of property assets exceeding 10% of the cooperatives total assets. This data comes from the independent regional and national salary surveys. The salary level is consistent with the surveys. The decision is documented and given to the Human Resource Manager.
