TAXPAYER LOST ITS EXEMPT STATUS EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 15, 2024 DUE TO AN OVERSIGHT IN FILING ANNUAL FORM 990 AND AS A CONSEQUENCE COULD NOT FILE ITS JUNE 30, 2025 FORM 990 UNTIL THIS SITUATION WAS RECTIFIED. AN APPLICATION WAS FILED WITH THE IRS TO REGAIN EXEMPT STATUS RETROACTIVELY WHICH WAS GRANTED BY THE IRS ON MAY 18, 2026. WE FILED THE UNFILED TAX RETURNS IN PAPER FORM AS REQUIRED SHORTLY THEREAFTER AND AWAITING THEIR PROCESSING AND ACCEPTANCE BEFORE PREPARING ELECTRONIC FILING FOR THIS JUNE 30, 2025 TAX PERIOD. WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT ANY LATE FILING PENALTIES BE ABATED DUE TO THE FACT WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO FILE THIS RETURN UNTIL EXEMPTION WAS REGAINED AND EARLIER RETURNS WERE PROCESSED.
