The manager of the Tanzanian non-profit submits regular reports of actions and plans for use of funds to the ICSEE and the plans are evaluated and funded when approved. The ICSEE president goes frequently to Tanzania to monitor and advise with regard to all activities. The work in Malawi is overseenby an American scientist and engineer who is a volunteer and like the ICSEE president visits the project often. Those getting educational assistance are interviewed and advised to make sure the use of the funds will be productive and achieve the goals appropriate for them. This is led by American with a collaborative history with the ICSEE and the Tanzania Program.
