Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3 The Organization has an agreement with Communications Marketing Association Management (CMA) with the option to extend services annually, for an additional one year for services through September 30, 2026. The agreement calls for CMA to perform management and other professional services on behalf of the Organization. During the term, CMA shall provide to the Organization services for membership management, fundraising assistance, business and policy guidance, and administrative support services for a fixed monthly fee. Additionally, certain other costs incurred by CMA on behalf of the Organization are reimbursable on a monthly basis. The agreement may be terminated by either party by giving the other party a 60-day written notice prior to the end of a contract period. During the fiscal years ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, the Organization paid fees of $101,000 and $125,907, respectively, for these management services.
