Digital copies are also maintained for its conflict of interest and other governing policy documents. The organization has not received a request to produce its governing documents. Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g The organization expended $8,298.20 for equipment and the rental of an event facility and $2,100 for entertainment during the event. The sudden shift to remote work arrangements presented logistical challenges for our organization. Adding to our challenges and this delay is a reduction of volunteers, we are climbing back but have not yet reached pre-pandemic levels. This decrease further hindered the timely completion of administrative tasks, including tax return preparation and filing.
