A copy of the Form 990 was provided to all board members for review prior to filing. Adherence to the policy is discussed during an annual evaluation of each employee. Board members and employees are required to annually sign the conflict of interest policy statement. If a conflict of interest arises, the issue is resolved by Senior Management or the Board Chair.
