The Board shall select at least six (6) non-mandatory members of the Executive Committee. The President shall be an ex officio member of the Executive Committee but shall not be entitled to vote. The Executive Committee may appoint other ex officio members of the committee as necessary. The nominating committee then submits a slate of proposed candidates for the board.
