Product Supplier Associate Member ("Associate"). This associate member is defined as a company or corporation that in the normal conduct of business operates as a supplier or manufacturer of materials used on the jobsite by trade contractors; that is a paid-up member in good standing; and that meets all membership policies, conditions and requirements established by the Board of Directors. Construction Firm Associate Member ("Associate"). This associate member is defined as a company or corporation that in the normal course of business is a part of the construction process; that is a paid-up member in good standing; and that meets all membership policies, conditions and requirements established by the Board of Directors. Examples include engineering firms, architectural firms and construction management firms. Service Provider Affiliate Member ("Affiliate"). A service provider affiliate member is defined as a company or corporation that in the normal conduct of business provides a service to Trade Contractor or Associate Members; that is a paid-up member in good standing; and that meets all membership policies, conditions and requirements established by the Board of Directors. Coalition Member. A Coalition Member is defined as a trade contractor company or corporation that is a paid-up member in good standing that meets all membership policies, conditions, and requirements established by the Board of Directors; and falls under a different dues structure from trade members. The membership benefits for Coalition Members shall be defined by the HCC Board of Directors. Alliance Member. A bona fide non-profit organization whose activities and exempt purpose are not in conflict with HCCs exempt purpose may be considered for approval as a HCC Alliance Member. Alliance Members shall be approved by the Board of Directors, shall be renewable annually, and shall receive such benefits and privileges as determined by resolution of the Board of Directors. Industry Supporter Member. A group or individual, otherwise not eligible under any class of membership, whose activities and purpose are not in conflict with HCCs exempt purpose, may be considered for approval as a HCC Industry Supporter Member. Industry Supporter Members shall be approved by the Board of Directors, shall be renewable annually, shall be non-voting members, and shall receive such benefits and privileges as determined by resolution of the Board of Directors. Honorary Member. The Board of Directors, upon majority vote, may bestow honorary membership on any individual that merits this distinct honor. Honorary membership is a lifetime membership and annual dues are waived. Honorary membership carries no voting privileges.
