The board Compensation Committee is comprised of independent members and is responsible for the overall administration of executive compensation. The Committee makes an annual recommendation to the Board of Directors for approval of the Executive Compensation Program for the year. The Compensation Committee regularly engages a compensation consultant to compile and evaluate data regarding compensation of similarly qualified individuals in comparable positions at organizations of comparable size and complexity in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. The Compensation Committee evaluates the President/CEO's performance and makes recommendations for the President/CEO's compensation to the Board while also monitoring the compensation of the Vice President's to assure that it is in compliance with the program.
