Part VI, Line 6 NAC is organized as a stock corporation with an elected Board of Directors and Officers. The 5 Officers of NAC are elected by the 9 Board of Directors. There are a total of 9 Board of Directors of which 7 of the Board Members are not compensated by NAC. Of the 9 Board of Directors 5 Board Members also serve as officers of which 2 of the officers receive compensation.
