Parents initiate the request and fill out special forms online and send them to NAIS/SSS which sends the school its recommendations. Parents send IRS 1040 forms to the School to be reviewed. The School tries to extend scholarships to as many low income families as possible, and those who, without substantial financial assistance, could not afford to send their child to the school. Extenuating circumstances of returning students are also considered. Financial aid is awarded until all the designated funds have been depleted. The results are used as comparability data in determining fair salaries: a.
