Part III, Additional Information John Iglesias, the CEO, will be the recipient of a non-qualified retirement plan that is accruing and continuing through the end of 2029. It is based on employment with the organization and is 62% vested at the end of 2022. The remaining value of this plan for 2022 is $108,333.
