Addition of Chair officer - The Chair will be responsible for the overall supervision and direction of the Board and for the development and implementation of orientation for new members of the Board. 2. Addition of Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer Officers - The Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer will perform duties delegated to them by the Secretary and Treasurer, respectively, or specifically assigned. 3.
