The house was a gift to the College to be used for entertainment by the President. There are no costs associated with this house. This benefit was provided for 7/1/21-12/31/21. Per initial employment agreement, the President is provided a residence near the College campus. Personal services include grounds keeping and maintenance and repairs of the residence, but does not include maid service, chauffeur, or chef. As residence adjacent to campus is required in employment contract, housing is not included in taxable compensation for the current President. Part I, Line 4a Rob Valli received a severance package of $184,616 which was paid during the 2021 calendar year and is reported in Part II.
