Interest accrued and penalties to unrecognized tax benefits would be recognized by the Credit Union as noninterest expense. During the years ended December 21, 2022 and 2021, the Credit Union recognized no interest and penalties. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The credit union has members. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The members vote at the annual meeting for the Board of Directors whose term is expiring. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The 990 is completed by the Accounting Manager and reviewed by the CFO. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Every policy is reviewed and corrections are made twice a year by the Officers. This policy is reviewed and updated. There were no conflicts of interest in the 2022 calendar year. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 All compensation at the credit union is based on experience as well as using software to compare to other similar positions in similar fields. This is done during the budget season every year. The Chief of Human Resources officer uses software to compute compensation based on the requirement mentioned above.
