Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a All account holder members have the right to vote for members of the governing body, i.e. the Board of Directors. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b At the Annual meeting of the members, elections are held for the Board of Directors. The members also approve fees paid to the Directors. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 990 is prepared by the credit union's accountant, or paid preparer and reviewed by the President. It is provided to the Board of Directors at their next regularly scheduled Board meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Information is available upon request. Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 Change in member shares and deposits and the net loss for the year. The forms were completed on 5/1/23, in time to file, but the person responsible for filing online abruptly left the credit union after stating that the 990 had been filed. Upon finishing the next Board report it was found that the actual filing was never done, and now are being filed. The credit union has now hired a third party to file our 990's for following years, so tht this situation does not happen again.
