Annual an AGM is held at which all legislative matters are dealt with. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The governing body, Board of Directors are all volunteers. They are appointed by the BoD whenever a vacancy occurs based on recommendations from staff, partners and volunteers. There is also an Audit and Finance committee of the Board and they, at one of their meetings, review the Form 990 and then forwards to the entire Board for receipt, review, acceptance and acknowledgement in its minutes.
