The organization does so through both programming offered directly by the organization and through partnership programs with Milford Public School and other area organizations designed to support the students of Milford. A grant of $4660 was provided to Milford Public Schools to fund several innovative projects that would allow for the greater use of STEM technology in the classroom, art education, and wellness programming for students. 4660 4660 Robotics - The Milford Education Foundation (MEF) funds the Milford Robotics team, an extracurricular activity for high school students to learn to build, program, and compete in regional, national, and international robotics competitions. MEF provides funding for robot construction materials, registration fees, and travel expenses. One Day for Day One - Milford Education Foundation annually hosts a gathering of teachers and administrators just before the start of the new school year. The event is meant to help energize and motivate teachers and administers through hands on workshops and networking opportunities meant to build confidence, optimism, and kinship as they face the new year ahead.
