Form 990 - Additional Information Effective July 1, 2024, the Association acquired Sandcastle Preschool Program Foundation, ("Sandcastle"), a Maine Non-Profit Corporation offering early childhood clinical and educational services to individuals of all abilities using a family centered treatment approach including special education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech/language therapy and mental health evaluation and counseling. Based on the terms of the acquisition, the Association shall be the surviving corporation and Sandcastle shall cease to exist as a separate legal entity.
