Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a All members, as a collective body, have the right to suggest the election of additional members to an elected office. However the board of directors has the ultimate right in making that decision. If addtional officers are deemed necessary, the board of director will dessiminate this information to its members and officers elected at the next general meeting under the protocols of the Organizations bylaws. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The Organization is provided with a copy of the tax return before it is actually filed. The board the return for completion and clarify, and direct any and all questions to the accountant. Upon satisfactory explaination for all items that the board deemed relevant, the return is signed, then electronically filed. Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 The Organization distributes the completed copy of form 990 to the members of the board. Each member peruse the return and direct any and all questions to the accountant who completed the return.For question 19, all required documentation are filed with the appropriate federal and state agencies. In addition, any individual, or company who have an interest to view our financial statement, 990 tax return, or conflict of interest policies can do so by contacting our Organization either by telephone of electronic mail.
