The challenges of the pandemic have obviously caused a great deal of disruption. This led to us moving to working from home then moving offices. Once things stabilized more, we did submit our 990 through the mail. But then it was returned to us over six months later saying that it had to be submitted electronically. So all of these factors led to it being late.
