In order to assist in promoting a healthy lifestyle for its employees, the organization reimburses all employees half of their monthly health club dues up to a maximum of $40 per month. Additionally, in lieu of the monthly reimbursement for health club dues, OneChild will reimburse all employees up to $480 annually for the purchase of at-home fitness equipment or programs. These amounts are reported as taxable compensation when reimbursed. Scott Todd and Steven Smiley received health club reimbursements during the year.
