Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3 Effective September 8, 2020, the Organization entered into an agreement with Communications Marketing Association Management (CMA) for an initial one-year period, with the option to extend services annually, for an additional two years for services through August 31, 2023. The agreement calls for CMA to perform management and other professional services on behalf of the Organization. During the term, CMA shall provide to the Organization services for membership management, fundraising assistance, business and policy guidance, and administrative support services for a fixed monthly fee. Additionally, certain other costs incurred by CMA on behalf of the Organization are reimbursable on a monthly basis. The agreement may be terminated by either party by giving the other party a 60-day written notice prior to the end of a contract period. During the fiscal years ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, the Organization paid fees of $121,984 and $6,245, respectively, for these management services.
