Form 990, Part III, Line 3 As was explained in prior notes, the festival did not occur in person, but all on-line which was a temporary situation. It is scheduled to be "live", again, in Cedar Rapids, IA in July, 2022 Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 IJA is maintained by a membership group. Annual dues are $29/Adult and $25/youth Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The membership, annually, takes nominations and elects a Board of Directors, to include a Chairperson for that year. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b A PDF of the draft version of the annual Form 990 is distributed via email t all of the Board of Directors for review, comments, and approval prior to being filed. Once filed and accepted by the IRS, it is posted on the IJA website for general public access. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Annually, after approval of the Form 990 for the prior tax year, by the Board of Directors, it is submitted to the IRS as the official filing for that tax year. Once accepted by the IRS, it is posted on the IJA website for public availability. All organizational policies are made available on the IJA website and updated as filed or produced.
