We house our students in Lalibela in three houses, Addis Ababa in three houses and support multiple students with stipend to live independently or with family members. Some of our expenses are paid directly to schools and landlords. The remaining expenses are paid in cash that is wired monthly to our in-country Ethiopian managers. We have almost daily contact with our employees in Ethiopia and we visit our projects regularly. We also get regular reports from the schools that our students are attending. A small amount is paid to our students for incidental expenses. We receive regular academic reports to validate our student's attendance and academic performance.
