Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Every policy is reviewed and corrections are made twice a year by the Officers. This policy is reviewed and updated. There were no conflicts of interest in the 2021 calendar year. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 All compensation at the credit union is based on experience as well as using software to compare to other similar positions in similar fields. This is done during the budget season every year. The Chief Human Resources Officer uses software to compute compensation based on the requirement mentioned above.
