Other officer or key employee compensation Part VI line 15b The President is Dr. Mya Cullins PhD, MS, Certified MAT Specialist, Certified CAMII Specialist, Certified Grief Specialist. The compensation she receives is well withen the parameter of an employee with her credentials, education and experience in a review of similar organizations. This has not been formally documented by the board, however a consultant has been engaged to formalize and implement policy and procedures. Compensation review will be documented asap.
