Form 990, Part III, Line 4d Youth Voice The Our Tomorrow Network is helping young people find their voices and build their futures by connecting young people from across the city and training them as researchers and policy advocates, helping to foster the leaders of tomorrow, today. In 2021, a committee of youth across San Antonio supported Our Tomorrow in awarding 43,000 to eleven youth-led groups across three school districts in a pilot program meant to advance projects that matter most to youth. Form 990, Part III, Line 4d Rethinking Discipline Community of Practice RDCP The RDCP is a partnership with the Judson, San Antonio, and Harlandale Independent School Districts, as well as Bexar County. In the 2020-2021 school year, the community of practice was expanded to include 22 campuses impacting supporting 160 practitioners across these sites who, in turn, influenced pathways for 15,290 students. Form 990, Part III, Line 4d Equitable Enrollment Collaborative EEC The EEC launched in October of 2020 with a target outcome of increasing the percentage of secondary students that are well-matched to a postsecondary institution with a focus on closing the disparity gaps for Dreamers and young men of color. In 2021, the Equitable Enrollment Collaborative EEC engaged five school districts, two public universities, two private universities, and five community college partners in building participant teams of executive leadership, data departments, and counseling and/or CCMR programming staff from each institution.These teams came together monthly to build internal capacity for supporting students in the college-going process and to design and implement targeted, cross-institutional strategies for increasing the percentage of Dreamer students and boys and young men of color applying to and enrolling in college. Form 990, Part III, Line 4d Future Ready Plan - Together with partners, our Board of Directors, community leaders, and the National Resource Network, we are working to establish shared priorities, vision, and metrics for our communitys future readiness. In 2020, our Board of Directors and partners signed the UP Partnership Equitable Recovery Pledge, which challenged institution leaders to keep equity at the center of decision making as they tackled the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout 2021, we moved from pledge to plan through a phased process including 1 listening workshops from April-June 2021, 2 culmination workshops from July-September 2021, and 3 Implementation and clarification of institutional roles from September-December 2021.
