Students in the course were also afforded opportunities to experience chamber music and dance ensembles in live performances for families after classes and attend scheduled field trips to arts partners throughout the Greater Rochester Region. Every experience was free and open to the public. 6530 Camp-in-a-Box is a four-week summer program, that safely delivers a camp experience to K-6 children within our community by preparing activities and delivering supplies directly to each family's doorstep. Over 75 households received boxes during the month of July, allowing children to explore and create with various artistic mediums while remaining safe during the pandemic. This program was free with open registration. 5359 The RPO Around the Town concert returned as JAACA's first live performance since the beginning of the pandemic. Held safely outdoors and physically distant, members of the Grammy-award-winning orchestra performed on stage before our audience for the first time since 2019.
