The successful completion of this project will lead to endorsement by the National Quality Forum and inclusion in federal quality programs which will improve serious illness care in the United States. 31482 41250 Communications: The Coalition was the recipient of a national grant to lead Coalition efforts to encourage consistent messaging principles related to hospice and palliative care. 86341 122500 Education: Pediatric Palliative Care (PPC): The Coalition was the recipient of a national grant to facilitate stronger communication, cooperation and collaboration among pediatric palliative care professionals and stakeholders by creating a National Pediatric Palliative Care Task Force (PPCTF). The task force includes members from across the Coalition in addition to key external organizations and enables execution on key field priorities, strengthens the voice of PPC on a range of national priorities.
