Members are then eligible to participate in activities and vote for members of the Board of the Directors at the Annual Meeting each year. The 2021 Annual Meeting was held virtually due to Covid-19. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a The membership elects the board of directors. The board of directors then elects officers from its membership at the first board meting after the annual meeting. Due to the Pandemic and no annual meeting, no Board members were elected during 2020 and the Board took action to extend the term of every current board member while electing new officers from those same board members. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b Members elect the members of the board of directors and have the ability to remove those members for cause.
