Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 4 The Organization amended the bylaws to adjust the allowable intial director term from three years to four years. The amended bylaws allow for one additional four-year term to be served by elected directors. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Finance Committee reviews the 990 with staff and 990 preparers, if requested. The Finance Committee then presents the 990 as a part of its regular report on financial information during the next regularly scheduled board meeting in which the full Board approves the Finance Committee's report. The board members sign the policy annually and because the organization is small, the staff monitors any potential conflicts of interest closely.
