Our workforce development programs are designed to meet people where they arethrough wraparound services, one-on-one support, in-person instruction, and anytime, anywhere virtual access. Goodwill delivered job training, education, and career pathway services to 3,152 unduplicated individuals across our 15-county region and had 80 GED graduates in the Longview and Tacoma areas. Programs range from digital training skills, environmental green tech job training, career readiness and development, work experience paid internships and career exploration, state licensed vocational school for basic skills and industry recognized credentials, financial counseling, and community support programs designed to support senior citizens, veterans, justice involved youth, and people with developmental disabilities.
