It is always our intent to pay and file all required fees and filings on time. The original 990 paper filing was stamped as received in your office on April 16, 2021. Our previous years 990 was accepted by hard copy and I was not aware of the change to electronic filing for 2020. I was unaware until today that the filing was not accepted and that we were required to file online. We respectfully request that you accept our filing and waive any penalties associated with late filings. We are a relatively new non profit that helps those battling life controlling issues. Significant penalties would case severe hardship to our small but growing ministry. We appreciate your consideration in this manner and will strive for excellence and timeliness in the future.
