Pt VI, Line 15b The process for determining compensation of other employees is outlined in the employee handbook. it contains a schedule of staff review that must occur prior to any changes in compensation. Comparability data for compensation is gathered from Americans for the Arts and Guidestar. Board input is provided for decisions regarding staff retention and dismissal.
