As this is our core function, all revenue listed also includes those contributions made for the purpose of event function support but not needed for that event year which are combined with all other funds and used to purchase more toys. Remainder covered background or sustaining costs with a cash core held in reserve towards the next year's event. As this is the sole event for the sole purpose, donations made outside of the event are what we use for operational expenses even though it could all be considered one single function.
