<FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt>Current Year Facts and Circumstances: The Parrhasian Heritage Foundation was founded in June, 2012. The Foundation exists to support the ongoing excavation, preservation and documentation of projects at the Sanctuary of Zeus at Mt. Lykaion as well as associated regional research in a number of fields including archaeology, architecture, history, anthropolgy, geology, and ethnography. It also provides support for the creation of the Parrhasian Heritage Park, the first cultural heritage park of Greece, which will unify and protect a large area (ca. 650 square kilometers) in Western Arcadia, Northern Messenia and Eastern Elis. In addition, it will provide opportunities for students and scholars from the United States, Greece and other parts of the world to conduct research at Mt. Lykaion and in the neighboring areas.Additional goals include the promotion of publications and conferences relating to the work of the project, the creation of a research center as a permanent and comfortable place to work, study and live in Andritsaina that could be used the whole year for the above objectives and which could also serve as a place where students from around the world could be taught the latest techniques and methods for Heritage management. Finally, the Parrhasian Heritage Foundation also encourages and assists Local Community efforts aiming at providing active and sustained support to the projects and the objectives of the Foundation. The organization qualifies as publicly supported because it meets the 10% plus facts and circumstances in the following respects: (1) 10% of support limitation The organization's support fraction is 19.70%, well above the 10% threshold. (2) Attraction of public support the Foundation maintains a continuous and bona fide program for solicitation of funds from the general public including individuals, businesses, and other nonprofit organizations and foundations. (3) Sources of support the foundation is supported by a diverse and representative group of donors including individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations and foundations. (4) Representative governing body The organization is governed by a Board of Directors of eight individuals with varying backgrounds and expertise including members who are academics, a former journalist, several business men and women, several Greek nationals as civic leaders and academics. (5) Facilities and Services provided to the general public on a regular basis. Since inception the Foundation has offered public lectures consistent with their mission. The lectures are open to the public and widely advertised. The Foundation organized an international meeting in Athens, Greece on May 31, 2019 and the presentations are to be published by the Foundation. Furthermore, the Foundation has sponsored and run the Parrhasian Heritage Park Field School in Arcadia, Greece, each summer since 2011. The Foundation also supports undergraduate and graduate students to participate in the Mt. Lykaion Excavation and Survey Project each summer.</FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt>
