Reports are required from the grantees so that the Organization can properly prepare the reports required by the grantor. Organizational document changes Part VI line 4 Amendement of the SAVLP By-Laws Article III Section 7 second paragraph:The current version of the By-Laws Article III Section 7 second paragraph states:There shall be a Nominating Committee composed of the President of the Corporation, the Presidents of the County Bar Associations in which the Corporation is providing services, and two (2) directors of the Board as appointed by the President of the Corporation. The Nominating Committee shall appoint directors as provided in Article III, Section 2, above. The proposal is to amend this paragraph to state as follows:There shall be a Nominating Committee composed of the President of the Corporation and two (2) directors of the Board as appointed by the President of the Corporation. The Nominating Committee shall appoint directors as provided in Article III, Section 2, above.This resolution to amend the By-Laws was duly adopted by the Board of Directors at a regular meeting on June 10, 2020.
