Jeffrey Davis and Marti Davis, both Board Members, are husband and wife. The wife of Ben Sheridan, Vice Chair, works for a marketing firm, Viva La Brand LLC, that does consulting work for Montefiore. Harvey Seigel is the President of Coit Cleaning & Restoration Services. Coit has performed water mitigation services for Montefiore when needed. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The Form 990 is prepared by accounting staff and reviewed by the CFO and independent auditors. Based on the review of the auditors, staff will clear any review notes and prepare the final version to be reviewed by the CFO and get final clearance by the independent auditors. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c On an annual basis, a conflict of interest questionnaire is sent out to be completed by each Board Member. During the year, if a conflict of interest arises, the matter would be discussed with the appropriate Board Member. At this time, the Board Chair discussed his recommendations with other executive Board members for any adjustments to the CEO's salary.
