The following process was used: The Chief Executive Officer's annual compensation is subject to the provisions in their employment contract: the Executive shall receive a base salary, paid in accordance with the Association's normal payroll practices. Effective as of January 1, 2016, the Executive's base salary shall be at an annual rate of $325,000, and shall increase three percent (3%) on January 1st of each year. In addition, during the period of November 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, the Association and the Executives agreed to meet in good faith to renegotiate the Executive's base salary to determine any other appropriate increase.
