The manager of the Tanzanian non-profit submits regular reports and plans for the use of funds that are evaluated by the ICSEE managers. The ICSEE president goes to Tanzania regularly to evaluate, monitor, and advise project activities. Those receiving educational assistance are recommended by staff and leaders of the Tanzanian organization, and are sponsored at the level needed to reach their educational objectives.
