Agencies receiving funding through targeted investment grants for specific purposes are monitored via the following methods: 1) Agencies must submit project applications outlining the scope of the project and the deliverable; 2) Agencies must submit outcomes reports which are reviewed by United Way staff; 3) Agencies must certify that they are in compliance with the USA Patriot Act. Agencies receiving funding passed through via restricted grants must submit narrative reports detailing outcomes related to the grants as well as financial reports detailing the spending.
