Part IV, Section B, Line 1: Explanation Of How Supported Orgs. Managed Actvities Members elect 11 out of the 13 Directors. The other two Directors are the Bishop of the Diocese of Corpus Christi and the Archbishop of the Diocese of San Antonio. There are five Members, two of which must be non-Catholic. Of the three Catholic Members, one must be the Bishop of the Diocese of Corpus Christi. All Members have the same voting rights. Therefore, although the specific Dioceses do not elect a majority of the Directors, the Catholic Members which do elect a majority of the Directors are affiliated with the Dioceses.
