Section 3.14 Annual Donations - Each voting member of the Board of Directors shall make an annual donation to the School's general fund in the amount of at least $500. In the event a director fails to make the required minimum annual donation by the expiration of each annual term, then that director shall be automatically submitted for a vote of removal by the Board of Directors. Section 5.2 Term of Office - A term of office shall not exceed three (3) consecutive years unless the Board of Directors agree to extend the term year by year.
