The loan and accrued interest are forgivable as long as the borrower uses the loan proceeds for eligible purposes, including payroll, benefits, rent and utilities, and maintains its payroll levels. The Organization has used the proceeds in accordance with these stipulations, has submitted its application for forgiveness and anticipates the loan will be forgiven in 2021.
