Collaborated with the State Water Contractors, the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), LADWP, and Californias Secretary of Resources to find ways that the State Water Project can overcome outmoded market rules to supply zero-carbon electricity, bulk energy storage, and reliability services that will help the state meet its clean-energy goals.
