In addition, the remaining four board members were comprised of two married couples. These family relationships among board members are disclosed here in accordance with IRS guidance. Board members are given an opportunity to review and comment on the return. The final version is approved at a board meeting and recorded in the meeting minutes. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The organization makes its Form 990 publicly available through nonprofit aggregator sites including ProPublica, Candid (GuideStar), and Cause IQ. Financial statements and governing documents are available to the public upon request. The organization does not currently have a formal written conflict of interest policy in place. Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g Artist Fees for performances The organization's Form 990 filing was delayed due to administrative challenges and limited volunteer capacity. The nonprofit operates with a small, primarily volunteer-based board and encountered difficulty obtaining complete financial records in a timely manner. However, the organization filed Form 8868 (Application for Extension of Time to File an Exempt Organization Return) in a timely manner, in accordance with IRS guidelines. Despite these limitations, the organization has acted in good faith to prepare and submit an accurate return as soon as reasonably possible. No willful neglect occurred, and procedures are being put in place to ensure timely filing in the future.
