We rent five houses in three Ethiopian cities. Some of our expenses are paid directly to schools and landlords. The remaining expenses are paid in cash that is wired monthly to our in-country Ethiopian managers, We have almost daily contact with our employees in Ethiopia and we visit our projects regularly. We also get regular reports from the schools that our students are attending. The vast majority of this money is paid directly to universities. A small amount is paid to our students for incidental expenses. We receive regular academic reports to validate our student's attendance and academic performance.
