Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The Chief Financial Officer (also a CPA) prepares the 990. It is then submitted to the Chief Executive Officer for review prior to filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c We consistently monitor and enforce compliance with the conflict of interest policy. It covers Board Members, key staff, and family members. A review is performed at least annually. In addition, auditors and examiners review accounts held by the aforementioned persons. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Annually, the Board of Directors reviews salary surveys of similar sized institutions and sets the salary of the Chief Executive Officer according to that and how Idaho Central is performing. The Chief Executive Officer sets the salary of all other employees of the Credit Union. Each employee receives an annual salary review.
