Any eligible person who completes Part VI Section A, Line 6 an application and pays an initiation fee to this Local shall be Part VI Section A, Line 6 eligible to be initiated and sworn into this Local. The secretary/ Part VI Section A, Line 6 treasurer shall notify the applicant of the next scheduled Part VI Section A, Line 6 general membership meeting to appear for initiation and swearing in Part VI Section A, Line 6 ceremony. An applicant must be initiated and sworn in to be an Part VI Section A, Line 6 active member. Anyone eligible for membership shall not be refused Part VI Section A, Line 6 membership or, upon acceptance, be discriminated against because Part VI Section A, Line 6 of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, Part VI Section A, Line 6 or by reason of disability.
